the garlic is up and looking better than it has in years. as solstice approaches, the scapes are up and doing their thing. several five gallon buckets of scapes have been picked. hawks brain will be at the red wing farmers market on saturday, june 20th, selling those wonderful green garlic curls. come on down and try some cream cheese scape spread. yummy!
